The fireplaces undergo a large number of tests before they leave the factory in Bladel. By doing so all fireplaces and heater met our high quality requirements. On top of that we give you 10 years guarantee for the body of the appliance and one year on parts of the appliance. Operating units like glass(cord), vermiculite, interior work and cast iron parts have guarantee till the first stoke.
If the appliance is not available anymore, we´ll make sure the parts necessary for a good functioning of the appliance continue to be deliverable for at least 10 years after the production stop.

That is why we offer everyone living in the Netherlands or in Belgium the possibility of a Barbas Bellfires service contract. With this contract one of our professional engineers will carry out service to your fireplace every year. In that way we take care that you can continue to enjoy an atmospheric fire without worries.
