When the gas control block is not accessible, our engineers cannot rectify faults or carry out maintenance. If technicians end up in such a case, they cannot do anything, but they are unfortunately forced to charge the costs incurred. This is extremely annoying for both you and the consumer.
That is why we would like to draw your attention once again to how to correctly install the gas control block and the controls. Namely:
- The gas control block and the control must always be fully accessible.
- The gas control block and the control must always be placed in a room that is ventilated. So be careful with closed cabinets!
- The gas control block must be properly secured in a position that is accessible to the service engineer (not deep under the stove or far away in the back of a cupboard.
- For devices equipped with a module box, the earth wire must always be connected correctly.
