You are one of the 170 dealers in the United Kingdom that sells Barbas Bellfires fireplaces. Your contact? The dealer manager, of course, and not to forget Anna Kobzda, office manager UK.
A telephone call to Anna always guarantees a pleasant conversation in which you are properly assisted and always get answers to your questions. As our office manager, Anna has daily contact with dealers, technical employees and consumers. Most of them no doubt know her only as ‘Anna, the voice’. Therefore, it’s time to introduce her.
Popular fireplaces
Anna together with the three dealer managers make up a small, but strong team. Barbas Bellfires is becoming ever more popular in the United Kingdom and the demand for our fireplaces is growing. According to Anna, this is because – among other factors – we constantly invest in improving and renewing. “And because dealers are invited to be involved in these developments. They are indispensable to our success.”
Dealer days
Anna likes to meet dealers during the dealer days that Barbas Bellfires organizes every year. A great opportunity for dealers to see the face behind ‘Anna, the voice’, laughs Anna. “And of course the same applies to me.” The dealers’ days are also the perfect opportunity for Anna to meet her Dutch colleagues. “I have a lot of contact with them, but mainly via telephone and e-mail.”
Source of information
When Anna began to work as an office manager, she was an absolute novice in the area of fireplaces. By now, that is no longer the case. “I am a good source of information for the dealers, technical employees and customers that phone us.” Yet, sometimes, even after 7 years, she gets questions that are new for her. “Fortunately, I almost always know the answer. After all, I know our products through and through.” Anna can always fall back on her colleagues in the Netherlands. “A team of professionals whom I have frequent and pleasant contact with, which makes the work so special: not only in the business area, but also in the personal field, these contacts are invaluable.”
